Just got back from Lyndene Hotel after a 2 x night stay for our 54th wedding anniversary, we stayed in a small twin room with sea view which was clean and tidy and nice and warm. We stayed B&B which was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful and the entertainment was very good. location was ok for us, a leisurely walk along the prom to the tower or get a day pass on the tram, tram stop 100yds from the hotel. The only criticism we had was we were on the 2nd floor above the hotel entrance and found it a bit noisy due to inconsiderate people stood outside being very rowdy after midnight etc, (but that is not a criticism of the hotel) All in we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would come again..

Just back from another great lyndene stay. It really is a 2nd home for us. Our usual room, spacious, clean, ample storage. As was our friends room. Only thing I would say more tea coffee and milk please, not to much of a problem though as if I ask it's provided. Restaurant staff always obliging and food on the whole good. I do miss prunes at breakfast and a continental option would be good. Bar prices good (although we normally do bar credit). Entertainment excellent as always. Reception staff polite and welcoming. Looking forward to next visit in april.

The property is sited with a good view of the promenade, close to public transport stops, with private free and paid parking areas adjacent to the hotel. There is an outside area to enjoy the view with a selection of plants, tables and chairs. Although there are half a dozen steps to enter the front of the hotel, a side accessible ramp is available for your convenience. My requests were honored upon check in and the receptionist was a credit to the hotel. Most staff were. There are two lifts (slowest ever) and all floors and dining room can be accessed by these. If you're using stairs to access your room, you may encounter a lot and you will need a map to find your room but that was fun trying. The bars had a fair range available but are hotel priced - see menu attached. The hotel does book acts as well as bingo and you can expect to see some professional household and TV names appear. A variety of rooms are available, some upgraded. A 32inch freeview tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a hair dryer are included. Ironing facilities are available in the hotel. The bathroom was 'galley' style and 3 feet wide with wc and a window one end, wash basin central and a shower at the other end. The walls are very thin and you can hear what your neighbour is talking about at 1.30AM. Free WiFi comes in at about 50mps and is available hotel wide. All in all, a good stay and quite a popular choice.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a football weekend with friends, and I can sincerely say that it was an amazing experience. The staff were brilliant and truly went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. Breakfast was perfectly prepared. Both bars offered enjoyable entertainment. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel, and I will most certainly be visiting again.

I’m writing this on behalf of my mum . She had a lovely time at your hotel , she expressed how lovely the room , food, service and entertainment was . She had the misfortune of Her overnight bag getting left behind instead of being put on the coach . She was really upset by this as she had brought new items that were in there. To our amazement the Lyndene hotel rang my mum to say they had got it at the hotel ,but with us not being local it wasn’t an option to go and collect it . The hotel went above and beyond to help my mum and had it delivered to Her home by courier, which she received today . So THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for the kindness you have shown Her .These kind actions you have shown give you so faith that good people really do exist She will be returning to you again in the new year ! Wishing you a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year to you all at the hotel . Kindest of regards, Sharon ( Christine’s Daughter ) xx

Just back from a fantastic 3 night stay at the Lyndene. Room was a quite dated but very clean, fresh bedding and lovely and warm. The hotel staff are lovely and great people. Especially the restaurant staff who work so hard getting all the meals out and help guests with mobility needs. It’s also a great hotel for wheel chair access too. The food is gorgeous and plentiful. Well cooked, traditional dinners and puddings. Hash browns at breakfast are the best and there’s even a make your own waffle machine with various toppings. The entertainment at night was great too n even had a tribute act on. The £65 bar credit per person was fantastic and went a long way. Drink prices aren’t too bad for a hotel, plus they had 2 for £15 cocktails. Would definitely stay again.

Just returned from a short break at the Lyndene. Lovely atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We arrived early but we were able to use the facilities straight away. The hotel is a "very traditional Blackpool" venue and full of decorations and festive cheer. It's not the poshest but it's definitely up there with the best for atmosphere and entertainment. Our room was very clean, beds comfortable well maintained. Restaurant is excellent with a great choice of food and lovely attentive staff. Traditional meals, large portions and top quality ingredients. Evening entertainment was superb. Great music, amazing atmosphere and efficient bar staff. You'd be hard to find a hotel that offers better value for money and we have already booked to go back.

Had a lovely few days here, hotel very nice we had a small double with Seaview which was very nice , lovely powerfull shower. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. Didn't have dinner. Cabaret on evenings were good although too loud. We went to bed on the Friday night and the noise was very loud untill midnight and we were up on 2nd floor. Could do with a quiet lounge part for people that just want to have a drink and a chat. I would stay here again but bring my ear plugs next time. But thoroughly enjoyed it .
